Vista Sands is one of the largest and most ambitious solar projects that Doral is developing in the United States. The project’s area spreads across 8,600 acres in the middle of Wisconsin, about two hours’ drive from Milwaukee.
The target for commercial operation is 2026. Once the project is complete, it is expected to produce about 1.2 gigawatts of electricity, and it will be one of the largest projects in the US.
